Sometimes in cPanel, it will report the wrong disk quota size for email.
1. FTP to your account.
2. Navigate to: /home/username/mail/domain.com/user/
3. Remove the maildirsize file (it will be regenerated automatically)
4. Login to your cPanel and refresh the page, this should restore the quora to the correct size.
